Sound level meters

Sound level meters are noise measurement instruments that allow the evaluation of noise in an area and determine the noise levels within this area to take actions according to these values with respect to an allowable limit. Depending on the technical characteristics, sound level meters can measure from the simplest parameters such as the equivalent sound level or sound pressure level to frequency analysis for more specific applications both in Occupational Health and Environment and in specialized Acoustics studies where parameters like RT60, FFT, pure tone detection among others are required.
