Respirable Air Monitoring Systems (RAM)

In various applications and circumstances in the industry it is necessary that personnel work with breathing air lines which are generated in compressors or supplied with cylinders with oxygen. In these applications, the air supplied to the personnel must be monitored to ensure that it is a breathable air in accordance with the provisions of OSHA 29 CFR 1910.134, which establishes the variables to be monitored and requirements to ensure that the air supplied is of grade E or D. To fulfill this purpose, there are monitors or panels on the market that allow monitoring the levels of Carbon Monoxide, Oxygen and Dew Point. Likewise these panels also allow to have filters to remove contaminants and ensure that the air that is arriving is indeed apt to breathe, in such a way that impurities are eliminated and it is verified by measuring with sensors that the conditions are the minimum to protect the personnel.
